Cherbourg to Normandy D-Day Beaches Discovery and Memorial Walk

Participate in a deeply moving journey from the port of Cherbourg, France, as you tour historic D-Day beaches and landmarks. This memorable shore excursion includes a delightful stop at a bakery in the historical town of Sainte-Mere-Eglise (food is available for purchase). Delve into the rich narratives of World War II parachutists as you admire the town's historic church.

Prepare for awe as you gaze upon the rugged cliffs of Pointe du Hoc, marking an instrumental site in the D-Day landings. At Omaha Beach, also known as Bloody Omaha, you'll indulge in a moment of quiet reflection. Walking along the shoreline, recall the intense clashes during the D-Day invasion and remember the fortitude of the Allied forces during this significant military operation. Enjoy a peaceful break nearby, taking in the serene yet thought-provoking atmosphere.
